Custom Orders

J2 Designs NC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions occasionally for modifications or before placing new orders.

AGREEMENT

All services offered to you through J2 Designs NC depends on your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and notices in their entirety. Placing your custom order indicates your agreement to the terms, conditions and notices below.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST

Custom orders are always welcome. Submitting a custom order request does not confirm your request will be accepted. 

ESTIMATES

Your estimate will include all detailed information needed to make your decision. Your estimates will only be valid for three business days after which it will expire and you will need to re-submit your custom order request. Once you have accepted your estimate, you will receive an invoice for full payment. Failure to pay your invoice upon receipt, will cancel your request. By paying your invoice you agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. 

TIMING

We recommend large orders be placed at least four- six months before your wedding or event date to ensure supply availability. Rush charges of 25% apply to all orders placed less than 4 weeks before the event or needed date. Receiving an estimate confirms your order will be completed in time for your date. 

PAYMENT

Full payment is required for order processing.

You will receive an invoice via Square to complete your custom order request. By paying your invoice, you grant approval of the proofs you received via email and/ or text message.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our primary shipping provider is FedEx® and USPS® Priority mail. Depending on your needs, we will select the most ideal shipping method for your order. Once your order leaves J2 Designs NC, we will not be responsible for missing or late deliveries. 

*A $20 forwarding fee will be charged for all returned or rerouted packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Once the forwarding fee and any additional postage is paid, we will reroute your order to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, J2 Designs NC does not ship outside of the lower 48 states. 

CANCELATION & RETURNS

We do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event you do cancel a custom order, all deposits and payments paid will be non-refundable. No exceptions.
